We are looking for someone with Employee Central Payroll (SAP Cloud-Based Payroll Solution) experience.  

You will have experience in:

  • A minimum of 2 x Full Life Cycle Payroll implementation experience at Enterprise level on Australian Payroll would be of benefit as would experience in the Health and/or Government sectors.
  • Interacting and engaging effectively with the different stakeholders and team members to deliver a world class payroll solution
  • Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained
  • Solid SAP Australian payroll knowledge and experience would be advantageous including:
    • Public Sector experience, and Australian legislative requirements
    • A broad understanding of the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution and the integration points with payroll and Employee Central
    • Implementation of Payroll Control Centre (PCC), Single Touch Payroll (STP) and SuperStream solutions


What will your typical day look like?


The SAP/SF SuccessFactors consultant will work with a team to provide SF expertise to our client.  In your day to day you might at any time while working within the scope of your project:



  • Consult with the client, designing and building solutions to suit business conditions in the area of Payroll and Time Management
  • Lead or participate in Functional Workshops on EC Cloud Payroll Client Project team
  • Initiating design, configuration and set up for Payroll Control Centre in Employee Central.
  • Configure data tables and Infotype mappings for Success Factors to ECP system.
  • Lead or participate in solution playbacks
  • Provide inputs into the cross-module design

You are a Certified Associate in one or a multiple SAP/SuccessFactors module (preferably ECP) with the following:


  • Strong functional knowledge of EC Payroll and SAP on prem Australian payroll
  • Involved in at least 2 implementations and preferably 1 at Enterprise level
  • Experience in gathering assessing and developing requirements from functional business owners
  • Proficient with the understanding of Accelerator Solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving approach
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time
  • Degree in Computer Science field, Engineering, Business or Human Resources
