We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager in the Senior Manager level in our practice.  At Deloitte, you will work in an award-winning team of SAP SuccessFactors professionals. What will your typical day look like?

As a SuccessFactors Project Manager, your day-to-day you might be:

  • End-to-end project management to oversee the entire project lifecycle – scope, schedule and budget management.
  • Client & stakeholder management – maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor, managing expectations, ensuring alignment on project objectives, provide regular and transparent project updates.
  • Lead and mentor team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Allocating project resources effectively and managing team performance.
  • Contribute to proposals, statement of work and client presentations to articulate Deloitte’s SAP SF capabilities and value proposition.
  • Actively participate in internal initiatives, knowledge sharing and contributing to growth and capability of the practice.

The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG Dimensions and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You will have the following:

  • A minimum 10 years’ experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors full life-cycle implementation in a Project Management position.
  • Must be based in Western Australia.
  • Project management accreditation is an advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with senior client executives and internal leadership.
  • Skilled in negotiating scope, timelines, and resources, and influencing decisions to achieve project objectives.
  • Able to set realistic expectations and proactively communicating progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Inspire, guide, and mentor project teams (functional, technical, change management) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team or with client stakeholders constructively.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing project requirements, and manage unforeseen challenges.
  • Maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure, particularly during challenging project phases.
  • Understand project profitability, contract terms, and identifying opportunities for additional value.
  • Able to provide constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative environment, and supporting team member growth.
