Our Human Capital practice — one of the largest human resources and strategic transformation consultancies in the world — works with organisations to improve the value of their most important asset — people.

Deloitte’s Human Capital practice is comprised of broad-based business consultants who specialise in integrating people issues with business strategy. Our mission is to enhance an organisation’s performance, productivity, and profitability through its people. Our offerings - Strategic Change and Organisation Transformation, Talent and Workforce Management and HR Technology Transformation and Advisory, support this mission by designing and implementing innovative, integrated, and practical solutions tailored to our client’s needs.


We are currently hiring at Consultant / Senior Consultant levels for the following areas of expertise:

  • Organisation Transformation & Change Management
  • Organisation Transformation & Organisation Design
  • Workforce Strategy and Planning
  • Workforce Analytics 


Enough about us, let’s talk about you


  • Consulting experience – working in a professional services consulting environment (Big 4 or Boutique) or working in an internal consulting function
  •  2+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following - Organisational Change, Workforce Strategy Design, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and analytics and Future of Work
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) 
  • Able to work independently and apply problem solving skills 
  • Track record of completing tasks within complex projects
  • Experience providing subject matter expertise within a project team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments 
  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership
