What will your typical day look like?
You will be working in a collaborative environment with our Deloitte Oracle team, delivering data, reporting and analytical solutions to our clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities and activities will vary from architecting, designing, development, testing and debugging of fit-for-purpose data solutions and reporting initiatives. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges that can be addressed with data and analytics.
As a systematic and inquisitive learner, you will find yourself continually growing and developing your career while accessing all the resources Deloitte has to offer! This role is both part technical and part client facing.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We’re looking for someone with some of the following technical skills:
- Technical experience with Oracle analytics tools and methodologies. This could include Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or any other Oracle reporting tool.
- Experience with data integration across multiple data sources.
- Experience with building custom reports and dashboards, working collaboratively with clients to best meet their needs.
- Experience and knowledge with analytics components and design methodologies including Data Lakes, Enterprise Data warehousing, Kimball methodology and dimensional modelling.
- Experience with developing complex Oracle SQL queries and data models, data marts and conformed data models.
- Experience with enterprise data management solutions (data warehousing, data quality or data migration, data governance).
- Experience with multi-cloud architectures / solutions for Analytics and Data Management.
To compliment your technical experience, your client facing skills will include some of the following:
- Experience with leading small teams and mentoring junior consultants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Experience in working with clients (internal and external)
