As a Markets Growth Senior Consultant, you’ll support the design and execution of our local market growth plan, working across the Perth market. You’ll help build the Markets Client Portfolio, support relationship strategies, and lead the delivery of impactful client programs and events.
You’ll play a key part in elevating Deloitte’s brand and eminence, managing sponsorships and memberships, and working with stakeholders to bring market activations to life.

What will your typical day look like?
- Support the development and execution of the local market growth plan for your region
- Contribute to the Markets Client Portfolio, identifying locally important clients and opportunities
- Help shape and deliver the Relationship Strategy, including client-facing programs and events
- Activate brand, marketing, and eminence opportunities by connecting with Growth and business teams
- Manage market-based memberships and sponsorships to strengthen firm eminence and relationships
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and enhanced outcomes
- Manage stakeholder communications, aligning activities with business needs
- Provide ad-hoc marketing support across a range of client experiences

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You’re an experienced marketing professional with at least 5 years’ background in strategic marketing, event management, and stakeholder engagement. You have:
- Strong project management and organisational abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Experience supporting marketing plans, relationship building, and client activations
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage persuasively with stakeholders and partners
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a complex business
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and a track record of delivering quality outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and supporting process improvements
