What will your typical day look like?  

•    Become part of a dynamic team and apply knowledge to practical scenarios to deliver tangible client value

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
In response to strong client demand for our services, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager / Senior Manager to join our team. 
You are a highly motivated individual who: 
•    Has demonstrable exposure and experience having worked in Asset Intensive industries
•    Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting 
•    Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches and frameworks to solve business problems 
•    Thrives in collaborative environments and has experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
•    Strong program and project delivery expertise, including commercial management
•    Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
•    Strong facilitation skills, adaptable for different situations and communications styles 
•    Experience in conducting analysis and synthesising into digestible and insightful outputs (e.g. reports, presentations)
•    Experience in contributing to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients
•    Curiosity and drive to learn and seek out innovative solutions
•    Current, valid Australian working rights
