About the team


The SAP/SF SuccessFactors Consultant will work in a team to provide SF expertise as a ‘Solution Consultant’.  In your day to day, you might at any time while working within the scope of your project:

•    Lead module specific Functional and Data Migration Workshops
•    Provide inputs into the cross-module design
•    Realise integration for the specific SF Module
•    Confirm final cutover checklist for production migration
•    Identify quarterly release impacts to PM


About the Role

As an SAP SuccessFactors professional consultant, you will design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space. Areas of focus within this role can include various functional tracks, such as Employee Central, Performance/Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding and Reporting.
As a DNA module lead you will be responsible for developing and maintaining packaged internal technology solutions and assets and delivering them. This includes regular updates and enhancements to the solution to incorporate new product releases and feedback received through delivery teams.


Key Requirements

•    Minimum 6+ years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions.
•    Experience with engaging customers and communicate with them well.
•    Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
•    Engage and lead discussions in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.
•    Extensive business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
•    Must be able to lead stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and develop business requirements.
•    Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.
•    Must have excellent documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
•    Ability to lead and work on multiple projects same time and flexibility to handle the customers from different time zones.
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
•    Good understanding of incident management and change management.
•    Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF.
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting HCM business processes.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
•    Demonstrated ability to assign tasks, follow up and provide guidance to more junior team members to ensure work is delivered within project scope and budget
•    Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
•    Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application
•    SuccessFactors Analytics / ORD / Adhoc Reports experience preferred
