About You


Part technical. Part consulting. The ideal candidate will be a Microsoft Cloud enthusiast, both Microsoft 365 and Azure, seeking to utilize their broad experiences to solve challenging problems for our customers. You will work closely with the Deloitte Cloud Engineering team and client stakeholders to implement modern technology solutions.


What You Will Bring

  • Experience working on Microsoft Cloud enablement programs as part of the delivery team
  • Ability to understand technical architecture patterns and principles
  • Knowledge of hybrid architecture for identity, authentication, server infrastructure, email messaging and collaboration services
  • Experience migrating workloads to Microsoft Cloud: Azure and O365
  • Understanding of governance, security and compliance across Microsoft Cloud services
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation
  • Ability to build credibility and rapport with client teams
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage client expectations
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills, the ability to relay technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Enthusiasm, commitment to delivering successful outcomes and a collaborative approach


Technical Requirements

  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Win10 and EMS - Intune)
  • A broad understanding and working knowledge across the 'traditional' Microsoft stack: Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, SharePoint and SCCM
  • Identity & Authentication services; Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA
  • Experience with or keen to learn Azure services (Infra; Networking / Compute / Storage, Platform Services, Identity, Security & Management, Hybrid Cloud)
  • A good understanding of virtualisation platforms: VMware / Hyper-V / Citrix, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting preferred 
  • Microsoft Cloud certifications, or willingness to train and certify
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure Fundamentals
