We are now recruiting for an experienced RPA Senior Consultant / Manager  to become a valuable member of our Robotics and Process Automate team that have carved out a niche for themselves by deploying multiple Robotic Transformation Projects across Australia.

 

Our Robotics & Cognitive Automation practice within Deloitte Consulting is leveraging established and emerging automation technologies to maximise our clients’ productivity and freedom to innovate. As a Manager, you will be empowered to identify automation opportunities that develop impactful solutions for some of Australia’s largest enterprises across different industries. Whether our clients are just beginning their automation journey or looking to scale, you will be there to collaboratively deliver meaningful change.

 

 

About the Role

 

  • Engage directly with high profile clients on their most important and challenging business issues, addressing and solving their priority problems using Intelligent Automation solutions
  • Work with high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance using Innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain go-to-market strategy and delivery approach for Process Mining and Intelligent Automation solutions
  • Lead enterprise wide transformation programs through identification of business problems, analysis of business processes and data using process mining and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions
  • Working with the business, and IT Architects to define the solution and technology platform design
  • Analyse and assess business processes and problems to deliver business case and roadmaps for Intelligent Automation solutions
  • A strong technical background in an IT development environment with an ability to design solutions in accordance with best practices, design principles and standards
  • Deliver high quality solutions using market leading solutions including AWS, MS Azure, Google and be a subject matter expert on various Intelligent Automation technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to lead discussions with clients and software vendors
  • Coaching, growing and inspiring team members to follow leading practices and demonstrate delivery excellence

 

 

Knowledge and Experience Required           

              

  • At least 7+ years of experience in large scale technology implementation projects
  • Experience and knowledge of complex project and program delivery methods, including implementation of technology solutions
  • Experience of different project lifecycles (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban)
  • Experience in delivering Intelligent Automation solution like Process Mining, RPA, ICR/OCR, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive agents, low code platforms and data visualisation
  • Experience in consulting environment across diverse domains
  • Deep technical and business expertise to work with IT or business teams
  • Strong client engagement skills, with experience of working with executives and building good, trusting relationships with them
  • Experience in leading or being involved in sales pursuits for IT projects
  • Delivery / development experience using Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, Signavio, Abby Timeline, or similar tools
  • Blue Prism, UiPath, MS Azure, and AWS accreditation will be preferred
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects that meet schedules on time
