We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly skilled corporate hospitality professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Consultant. Our Perth Guest Experience team, a small but dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to Partners, VIPs, and business units alike. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday in our Perth office.

 

What will your typical day look like? 

In your role you will support our corporate office Monday to Friday.  Responsibilities include reception, booking meetings, functions and events, coordinating with hosts and bookers to understand their requirements and arranging catering.

The Guest Experience Consultant is an ambassador for the Deloitte brand and leads the key client facing activities that occur daily. The role will facilitate these key functions:

 

  • Meet - manage the space that supports formal & informal client interactions

  • Greet - welcome and provide direction to guests at arrival

  • Entertain - ensure hosts and guests have a memorable experience

  • Engage –  provide spaces where Partners, staff and  guests can interact (work, problem solve, co-create) seamlessly

  • Inspire - showcase how Deloitte makes an impact that matters to clients and the community

This position will also handle administrative tasks such as managing our online booking system, responding to phone queries and emails. You’ll also be responsble for room and equipment set-up and clearing as well as co-ordination of food and beverage service.

You will be joining a highly engaged team with a reputation for providing the highest level of corporate hospitality service to Deloitte’s clients and staff. The Guest Experience team works together to provide mutual support through flexibility, sharing of tasks and respect for each other. You are someone with a passion for exceptional customer service and treating others with empathy, care, and respect. You are an organised and confident individual who will provide exceptional first impressions of the Deloitte brand and reputation.
Additionally you have:

  • Highly experienced in the Hospitality & Events Industry
  • Barista skills desired but not compulsory – training will be provided
  • Excellent administrative skills and verbal communication
  • Experience with AV equipment (desired but not compulsory – training will be given)
  • Strong ability to work independently, and multi-task
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a high focus on problem solving
