The Asset Management & Performance team helps major organisations across energy, mining, utilities, transport and infrastructure improve how they operate, manage assets and deliver long-term value. Through Deloitte's Graduate Program, you'll get hands-on exposure to strategy and operations transformation work that shapes performance, reliability and risk in some of Australia's most important industries.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you'll spend your time working with consultants and industry specialists on strategy and operations transformation projects for asset-intensive organisations. You'll help turn complex operational, asset and performance challenges into practical solutions that improve business outcomes.
As a Graduate in the Asset Management & Performance team, you could be:

Supporting work on large-scale operations transformation and integrated operations design for clients in energy, mining, utilities and infrastructure

Contributing to asset management and capital program work, including improving asset performance, availability, reliability and risk management

Analysing business, operational and performance data to help shape recommendations, solve problems and create value for clients
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll also be part of our firm-wide Graduate Program. You'll have a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You'll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, with flexible work options and wellbeing support as you grow.
About the team
Deloitte's Asset Management & Performance team sits within Infrastructure & Industrials and works with clients in asset-intensive sectors to improve operational performance, asset value and long-term sustainability. The team supports organisations across the full asset lifecycle, from strategy and governance through to delivery, operations and reliability. You'll be part of a team that combines consulting capability with deep industry knowledge, with a strong focus on people, culture and safety alongside performance outcomes. Based in Perth, the team works closely with clients across some of Australia's most important industries.

We're seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within two years) to join our Graduate Program.
You may have all or some of the following:

Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback

You'll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or Data Science
