Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

What will your typical day look like?  

 

As part of our team, you'll work on meaningful, real-world programs that shape how major projects are planned, delivered, and operated. You’ll gain hands on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and build practical skills while supporting clients across a range of industries.

 

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, learn on the job, and build a strong foundation in program delivery, strategy, and operations

 

Who will you be working with?

 

Deloitte’s Capital and Program Advisory team provides end to end support from program design through delivery and long-term operational performance. We collaborate closely with our clients to design and optimise programs tailored for transformation and delivery, maximising outcomes through strategic and commercial structure, all supported by AI powered tools and digital solutions.

 

Our client portfolio includes working with the Defence Industry, Energy and Resources and Local Government clients, where we apply our deep understanding of their unique challenges and regulatory environments. This involves delivering tailored solutions that meet stringent requirements while driving innovation and efficiency.

  • Combines logical thinking with creativity to approach problem-solving in a unique way

  • Currently completing a degree in Finance, Engineering, Sciences, Commerce, Business, International Relations or Government Policy
  • Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship
