About the team
You’ll be joining the A&A Data & Digital team, a group of technology enthusiasts who value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.
The team uses a combination of data insights, modelling, digital technologies, machine learning and automation to transform and re-imagine audit processes. They are absolute data nerds and love working with numbers and large data sets (the more unstructured, the better!).

Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.
As a graduate in the Analytics team, you’ll:
- Attend client meetings to scope problems and subsequently clarify and refine requirements.
- Transform and analyse client data, developing your ability to use analytical tools like SQL, Python, Tableau and R.
- Learn or develop your programming skills in Python, C# or JavaScript while enhancing our analytics platform.
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

You may have all or some of the following:
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in Data & Digital within Audit
- Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
