Engineer - Asset Management

Date:  21 Aug 2026
Location:

Perth, WA, AU

Department:  Strategy, Risk & Transactions
Description:

Job Requisition ID: 41140

  • Shape asset strategies, maintenance improvements and transformation programs across mining, ports, energy and utilities clients.

  • Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture

  • Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters

This is a great opportunity for a Consultant to grow your asset management expertise through complex, high-impact work with leading public and private sector clients.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll work directly with clients to solve asset and operations challenges that affect performance, cost, reliability and long-term value. That could mean supporting strategic asset management planning aligned to ISO5500, improving maintenance and operational readiness, or helping design transformation programs that lift asset performance.

Across each engagement, your work will combine analysis with practical problem solving. You might review asset data, assess current-state processes, shape recommendations on reliability or spare parts management, and help clients move from strategy into implementation with confidence.

No two projects will feel quite the same. You'll collaborate with colleagues across consulting, digital and analytics, draw on structured problem solving and design thinking, and build your skills through hands-on experience, formal training, and opportunities to work across industries and geographies.
