Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation team works with leading organisations to help them define their future workforce, from defining strategic business capabilities, to workforce planning, workforce analytics and insights through the delivery of talent interventions to address gaps and enhance leadership and workforce performance and engagement.

Our Perth Workforce Transformation team is experiencing exponential growth and we are looking for energetic consultants and senior consultants to join our team.

 

 

What will your typical day look like?
 

You will be a welcomed addition to our 600 strong national practice of work and workforce specialists, organisational psychologists, social impact engineers, human centred designers, educators, learning technologists and researchers. You will get exposure to a broad range of Workforce Transformation streams from workforce strategy, planning, analytics and composition, through to learning, leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion.

 

Each day, you will be working with a multidiscipline team at the forefront of how organisations learn, develop and inspire their workforces. You will provide support to project delivery, client management, research and business development activities, including:

 

Workforce Strategy: Defining the future workforce to support the realising of business priorities and changes to work, workforce, and the workplace

 

•  Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics: Leveraging industry-specific data analytics and insights to support our clients to plan for, source and manage their future workforce.

•  Workforce Composition: Understanding the fundamental elements of organisational value creation to redesign teams, roles, and the workforce to deliver business value by leveraging the best skills, networks and technology available

•  Capability, Learning & Leadership: Working with clients to build their leaders and workforce by understanding their current state capability against future state requirements and providing targeted interventions to develop leaders and the workforce with the capabilities required for the             future.

Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail are key to this role. Experience in solving work, workforce or HR challenges is critical. In particular, experience in development of workforce strategy and workforce planning, learning, job architecture and organisational development are all in demand right now.
