About the Role


As an SAP SuccessFactors professional consultant, you will design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space. Areas of focus within this role can include various functional tracks, such as Employee Central, Performance/Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding and Reporting.
As a DNA module lead you will be responsible for developing and maintaining packaged internal technology solutions and assets and delivering them. This includes regular updates and enhancements to the solution to incorporate new product releases and feedback received through delivery teams.


Key Requirements

•    Minimum 3+ years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions
•    Certification in at least one more module of SuccessFactors.
•    Experience with handling customers and communicate with them well.
•    Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.
•    Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
•    Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.
•    Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
•    Ability to work on multiple projects same time and flexibility to handle the customers from different time zones.
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
•    Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF.
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting HCM business processes.
•    Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
•    Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application
•    SuccessFactors Analytics / ORD / Adhoc Reports experience preferred.
