What will your typical day look like?

 

We are looking for a senior member of the team based in Perth with at least 5+ years of forensic investigations and advisory experience with demonstrated experience from consulting, industry, regulatory or law enforcement in the areas of fraud, corruption, risk/compliance advisory and workplace misconduct. Experience in the preparation of matters for use in a civil and/or a criminal context would be advantageous.

 

This role will involve:

 

  • Delivering investigation and forensic advisory services to public sector and corporate clients and their legal representatives, where appropriate.
  • Executing on complex and highly sensitive investigations in a team and delivery of reports of varying types.
  • Managing the delivery of advisory services to clients focused on fraud risk, corruption or misconduct.
  • Providing excellent project management skills, including coaching and leading others, and working with senior leaders to engage with clients.
  • Working in high performing teams that draw on different skills where appropriate, including forensic technology and data analytics.
  • Sales and business development of investigation and forensic advisory services or solutions.

A successful candidate will have experience in:

 

  • Delivering diverse and complex forensic investigations and providing fraud and corruption risk advisory services.
  • Interacting with law enforcement or regulators, providing excellent stakeholder management, quality and risk awareness.
  • Delivering projects with strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving capability, advanced interview and report writing skills.
  • Developing, coordinating and leading multi-disciplinary teams and supporting ongoing growth in the business through coaching and development of staff
  • Contributing to business development and sales, cultivating a network of relationships with clients and Deloitte stakeholders, supporting in the development of proposals for new client projects

 

A successful candidate will have:

  • Certificate III in Investigative Services, Certificate IV in Government Investigations, WA Licensed Investigator or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification
