We are seeking a Workforce Data Analytics superstar to join our Resource Management team!
Provide our team with valuable data insights, be involved in the allocation of practitioners on client work and provide strategic recommendations to the wider team.
Data and Reporting is an area of growth for the team, so we are seeking a highly competent analyst who is excited about developing our reporting suite, being involved in upcoming system changes and making an impact. You will love building out complex reports, data visualisation and be able to clearly communicate your work with Senior stakeholders and the wider team. We are open to candidates from Sydney or Melbourne and offer a hybrid working environment.
What will your typical day look like?
You will be responsible for extracting and transforming data to deliver reports for the business unit and other ad hoc tasks, as well as the day-to day administrative and consultative functions associated with workforce planning. The position will require strong stakeholder management, excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity and attention to detail.

Our key responsibility is to ensure the optimal resourcing solution for the client, the business, and the individual in a timely and commercially sound manner. The Resource Management team manages the allocation of practitioners on client work, influences capability development for individuals across the business while also providing strategic recommendations and resourcing insights to the leadership team. We work in collaboration with other key partners across Human Resources, Quality, Finance and Talent Acquisition.

You are someone with:
- 2+ years' experience working across data analytics with previous experience working in professional services highly valued.
- Knowledge and experience across data visualisation products i.e. Data Wrangling using Excel, SQL, Python & Databricks & Data Visualisation using PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, excel, coding for automation, macros or similar.
- Experience capturing user stories, requirements or similar to support report development
- Experience in structured problem solving & root cause analysis
- Ability to build meaningful reports from a variety of data outputs.
- Strong commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Background in Finance, Audit,Financial services or other regulated industries highly regarded.
- Good understanding of the professional services environment with prior experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing or scheduling preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
- An interest in Change Management and reporting development.
- Awareness and appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential material.
- Good humour and ability to withstand stress.
- Extremely organised, proactive, and positive attitude coupled with energy, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to quickly gain credibility, trust, and respect from colleagues of all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on several simultaneous tasks and projects, prioritising as needed.
- Seeking to gain knowledge and understanding of the clients and business.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in following systems and procedures
