What will your typical day look like? 
 
Based in Sydney or Melbourne, as a Workday Integration Manager within Deloitte’s HRT practice, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:

Client Work

• Define, build and test Workday integrations
• Using your HCM and/or Financials experience to determine effective integration solutions
• Work with 3rd party vendors on integration solutions
• Dependent on seniority, responsible for:
  • Oversight of integration delivery
  • Manage integration approach for design and build
  • Point person for integration in partnership with the Integration Director
  • Directs team to design and build integrations

Practice Development

• Offering a strong and compelling point of view around integration approaches and design
• Contributing to continuous improvement of the delivery and innovation of integrations
• Actively involved in the running of the practic

Business Development

• Playing an active role in pre-sales and bid development
• Identification of on-sell opportunities through existing client engagements
• Actively contribute to the growth of the business by delivering sales opportunities

Sitting within Human Capital Consulting, our forward-thinking team specialises in all things tech. We revamp the way our client companies work and craft beautifully-designed, fully integrated systems with solutions like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

Our practice is growing, and we’re keen to speak with individuals at all levels who have experience in integrating cloud-based ERP systems

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle cloud system implementation or the support and enhancement of a Workday system post go-live.

Preferred:

• Workday Integration Certified, strongly preferred but not required
• Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Superior Communication Skills, both written and oral

Even if you don’t have Workday experience, but are well versed with another technology, like PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle and want to make the switch…we still want to hear from you.
