We are seeking a talented Service Delivery Manager to join our growing Operate Workday Application Management Services (AMS) team. This role can be based across Syd/Melb and offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead high-performing delivery teams and play a key role in shaping ongoing Workday service outcomes. What will your typical day look like?

 

In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Workday AMS services for one or more clients, ensuring services are delivered effectively, risks are actively managed and service levels are achieved.

You'll spend your time building strong client relationships, leading governance forums, overseeing service performance and coordinating Deloitte's functional and technical teams across local and offshore delivery centres. You'll also support clients through transition and stabilisation activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives and help organisations maximise the value of their Workday investment.

Deloitte's Workday practice is one of Australia's leading providers of Workday consulting and managed services solutions. Our Operate team works closely with clients across a broad range of industries, helping them maintain, optimise and evolve their Workday environments long after implementation.

You'll join a collaborative network of Workday specialists, delivery leaders and subject matter experts who are passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

 

● Experience in Workday Application Management Services (AMS), managed services or service delivery management roles
● Experience managing enterprise application support environments, ideally within Workday
● Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Integrations and/or Adaptive Planning environments
● Strong understanding of ITSM processes including incident, problem, change and release management
● Experience leading service governance, performance reporting and client review forums
● Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
● Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams
● Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
● Ability to manage risks, escalations and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
● A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence
