  • Help deliver a confidential external reporting service that supports employees to speak up safely and helps organisations respond to serious misconduct with care and integrity.

  • Belong to a workplace that values diversity, equity and inclusion

Join Deloitte's Forensic team in Bendigo as a Whistleblower Call Taker, where you'll help provide a safe, independent reporting channel for people raising serious workplace concerns.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you'll take inbound whistleblower calls, gather the right information with care and professionalism, and turn disclosures into clear, accurate written reports. You'll use the call management system across the full call lifecycle, complete first-level quality checks, and follow established policies, processes and service guidelines.

The work you do helps people report serious misconduct in a way that feels safe, confidential and supported. You'll also assist with client queries, escalate matters where needed, contribute to ad hoc data analysis to identify service trends, and support billing or other administrative activities that keep the service running smoothly.

Working closely with qualified professionals across the team, you'll be exposed to a wide variety of issues, clients and requests. Some days will call for strong judgement and empathy in sensitive conversations, while others will lean on your attention to detail, prioritisation and ability to quickly grasp new processes.
