This is a senior UKG Pro Workforce Management role within Deloitte's Human Capital practice, offering the chance to lead complex workforce technology programs while helping clients solve real operational challenges.
What will your typical day look like?
Much of your work will centre on designing and delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions in complex client environments. That could mean leading discovery sessions, shaping solution architecture, translating workforce requirements into practical system design, and guiding implementation across timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations.
The impact of your work will be felt by organisations trying to better plan, schedule and support their people at scale. You'll help clients across sectors like health, retail, supply chain, hospitality and the public sector improve workforce visibility, usability and decision-making through better technology and more thoughtful solution design.
Along the way, you'll work closely with stakeholders, UKG specialists and colleagues across payroll, HCM, workforce integrity, organisational design and change. This is a role with variety and depth - one where you can stay close to the platform, mentor others, and contribute to the continued growth of Deloitte's UKG capability.
About the team
Deloitte's UKG Pro Workforce Management practice is the largest in Australia and continues to grow. With a national community of more than 90 UKG specialists and access to Deloitte's global network, the team delivers workforce technology solutions that help organisations manage, schedule and support their people more effectively. You'll be part of a genuine community of practice, working on complex implementations while collaborating with specialists across the broader Human Capital practice.
