We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Strategy Consultant to join our high-impact team driving transformation across areas like M&A, Capital Projects, Asset Management, and Economics Advisory. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, technical experts and business teams to design, implement and embed strategic solutions—especially those powered by analytics and AI.

As a consultant in this team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the strategic design, coordination, and executive reporting of transformation solutions. 

 

What will your typical day look like?
You will work with a team of driven individuals to take solutions from opportunity to adoption with exposure to senior stakeholders from across the business. Reporting directly to the Transformation lead, you will use your problem solving and communication skills to ensure that solutions have the business infrastructure to support them, that key stakeholders are taken on the journey and that change is grounded in robust adoption strategies. 
Core functions and immediate responsibilities:
•    Support end-to-end transformation: from scoping and pilots to embedding and benefit tracking
•    Collaborate with stakeholders: detailing requirements with solutions and business needs
•    Coordinate change activities: adoption, communication, training and support
•    Project management: maintaining key artefacts, action logs, implementation plans and reporting dashboards, change impacts and planning
•    Solution scoping and problem-solving: assess feasibility, uncover risks, and define the business infrastructure needed for success 
•    Regular reporting and governance: tailoring exec-level updates and progress tracking

You’re a natural problem solver, quick learner, and strong communicator who thrives in ambiguity. You enjoy designing tech-enabled solutions with users, not just for them. And you love working with people with complementary skills and experience to get the job done.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
•    1–2 years' experience in strategy, transformation or consulting (internal or external)
•    A relevant bachelor's degree and strong academic performance
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Strong critical thinking and an analytical mindset
•    Experience in deploying a structured approach to problem solving, framing and solution testing through a human and technology lens 
•    Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders.
