What will your typical day look like?
As an Automation Test Lead in our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients deliver quality technology solutions that create genuine business value. You will work closely with Test Managers, developers, functional testers and client stakeholders to define automation scope, set priorities, and build practical approaches that improve speed, stability and coverage.
Your day might involve setting up or enhancing automation frameworks, developing and reviewing test scripts, and supporting CI/CD integration and reporting. You will analyse failures, spot gaps and risks, and turn results into clear insights for the wider team. You will also guide other automation testers and explore how AI and agentic tools can improve test design, execution and quality outcomes.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- 3+ years of experience in test automation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Karate, RestAssured, Postman, WebdriverIO, Appium, UiPath or similar
- Experience setting up or contributing to automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience developing automated tests across UI, API, integration, system, end-to-end or regression testing
- Experience with Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or similar
- Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
- Experience reviewing automation code and guiding others to improve quality
- Ability to define automation standards, coverage and priorities
- Experience analysing automation results, defects, flaky tests and environment issues
- Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
