We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Managed Services team in Melbourne! The role will open you up to the world of AWS, Azure, Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes, cloud integration, DevOps, and others.  

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Must have ITIL certification;
  • Must have experience working in a support team and/or service desk environment;
  • Demonstrated capability in team leadership: resourcing, career development, change management, performance tracking, scheduling etc;
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices will be helpful;
  • Technical experience with any of the following is advantageous but not essential (AWS, Azure, Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or cloud integration)
  • Interest in learning and training in DevOps.
