About the Role

 

As a Technical Lead within our Salesforce practice, you will drive positive technical outcomes for our projects through:

  • providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers
  • validating technical approaches and decisions
  • aspects of technical design including custom components, integrations, etc.
  • being hands-on when required including working on complex or challenging customisations
  • working closely with an architect to define and adapt technical best practices and standards for a project
  • taking ownership of operational and development processes, documentation and standards
  • helping to drive the creation and management of the internal frameworks and technology initiatives
  • developing and presenting digital best practices, technical concepts and technologies for innovative digital solutions
  • leading the way to develop and grow Salesforce technology accelerators bank through the development of reusable components in every engagement  

 

About You

 

You will have a passion for expanding your knowledge of technology and business operations, coupled with exposure to conversing with clients on the opportunities, impacts and implications of Salesforce will set you up for success.

 

You will be a technical connector, collaborator and communicator with a strong bias towards user empathy and understanding problems before identifying solutions.

 

You would help enforce the team’s strategy, ensuring the technical delivery team stay focus and aligned to this.

 

You would be working as an overlay across prospects and customers and provide technical guidance to challenging problems.

 

Successful candidates will generally exhibit the following qualifications:

  • Experience as a technical lead or lead developer on large scale or complex Salesforce project(s)
  • Deep experience with the Apex programming language
  • Deep experience with core Salesforce capability including Sales, Service and Community
  • Experience in one or more ancillary Salesforce technologies such as LWC, Platform Events, Shield, Vlocity, etc.
  • DevOps or other development lifecycle experience, including Git (or other SCM), CI/CD, pipelines and supporting processes, branching structures
  • Quality assurance tools, frameworks or methodologies such as PMD, SonarQube, Checkmarx
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle salesforce engagements
  • A natural affinity for mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Salesforce certifications including PD1, PD2 are highly regarded
