What will your typical day look like?

This role centres on providing identity support services to clients across SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk environments. You'll onboard new clients into the managed service, evaluate their current systems, respond to technical queries, troubleshoot incidents and problems, and manage solution configuration to support stable, secure IAM operations.

A big part of the work involves assessing existing PAM solutions, identifying technical limitations or deficiencies, and recommending practical ways to address them. You'll also research and implement workflows where needed, apply patches, support monitoring and alerting activities, and contribute to disaster recovery exercises that help clients maintain resilient identity services.

Alongside day-to-day support, you'll write, update and maintain scripts used for automation and operational improvement. Working closely with clients, internal teams and sales stakeholders, you'll help shape effective technical solutions, contribute to PAM proposals and strategies, and deliver outcomes on time and on budget.

About the team

You'll join Deloitte's CIC IAM Managed Services team, supporting organisations as they operate, improve and evolve their identity and access management environments. The team works across core IAM, PAM and access governance services, helping clients manage risk, improve resilience and keep critical security platforms running well in complex enterprise settings.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM support or operational support services

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, with CyberArk highly regarded

• Strong knowledge of IAM architecture and concepts across provisioning, access governance and privileged access

• Scripting and automation capability across tools such as PowerShell, Python, Linux Shell, MySQL, Java or Ansible

• Experience with monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery exercises, software patching and standard operating procedures for IAM platforms

• Solid understanding of Active Directory, LDAP queries, extension attributes and Windows and Unix server environments

• Confidence designing logical workflows, troubleshooting technical issues and producing clear reusable documentation

• Familiarity with SSO concepts such as SAML, OIDC, LDAP and integrated Windows authentication is nice to have
