We are now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Student Talent, 12 month Fixed Term Contract to join our award-winning team. 

 

What will a typical day look like?

You'll be joining a team of passionate, innovative, social-media savvy talent acquisition professionals who are focused on delivering a best practice attraction, assessment, selection and onboarding process to support exceptional graduate / student talent outcomes for the business. 

  • Delivering an end to end graduate / student talent acquisition process that impresses both candidates and the business
  • Building strong, credible relationships with key / snr internal and external stakeholders
  • As a Snr Consultant in the team, you’ll lead a signature project, particularly in the areas of early identification, brand eminence and operational excellence
  • Efficiently and effectively managing a high volume of candidate applications through our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) supported by our award winning technology stack, with candidate care paramount
  • Organising and facilitating assessment days 
  • A very clear focus on data integrity to enable effective and insightful reporting to business stakeholders via our Tableau dashboard
  • Organising and undertaking presentations internally and on campus  (i.e. information sessions, workshops, panels, hackathons & virtual events)

About the team:

The Graduate Talent Acquisition (GTA) team at Deloitte Australia is one of countries leading student Talent Acquisition teams. Based in Melbourne, you will be an integral member of this national team and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of students, high-level stakeholder relationships, data accuracy and you'll also work on one of our signature projects, driving change and innovation.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • You love to organise, schedule and co-ordinate people, events and programs – you’ll have led streams of work
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on people
  • You have exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with incredible stakeholder management experience 
  • You’re data focussed, strive for accuracy and use insightful talent analytics to support influencing and decision-making
  • You have a positive attitude, demonstrate resilience and have a resourceful approach to solving problems
  • Naturally you have very good Microsoft Office skills, are a strong communicator, with a proven record in demonstrating initiative
