We are now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our award-winning team.
What will your typical day look like?
This role will see you manage one or more dedicated offerings across the Firm, as you work closely with your hiring Partners to identify and recruit high potential candidates from the external market, as well as via our internal mobility programs. You will be working to source, attract and engage specialist skillsets, as we focus on supporting our FY26 business plan and ongoing growth. You will also work closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to build pipelines of top talent for your portfolios.

Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be joining a team of passionate, innovative, and talented Recruitment professionals who are focused on designing and delivering market leading talent acquisition strategies. You will be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable TA team around you and will gain significant exposure to a diverse range of client offerings focussed.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in an internal TA environment, agency or RPO
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms
- Strong understanding of the local market with experience hiring in across a range of industries
- An ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of methods.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence.
- A tenacious and consultative approach to providing solutions to challenging assignments.
