What will your typical day look like?
Depending on your experience, you'll play a key role in supporting or leading the delivery and continuous improvement of Student Technology solutions that enhance the student experience. Working closely with business leaders, technical specialists and end users, you'll help shape priorities, influence solution design and drive the successful delivery of initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
As an individual contributor, drawing on your expertise in Student Technology platforms, including Campus Solutions, you'll guide configuration, integration and optimisation activities while ensuring governance, security and compliance are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
If you are an emerging leader, you'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a high-performing team of developers, consultants and administrators across onshore and offshore locations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where people can do their best work. About the team
You will join Deloitte’s Student Technology &Transformation Team, a team helping universities create seamless, student-first, AI-enabled and human-centred experiences across the full student lifecycle. It is a practice that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and impact, working with universities to modernise systems, improve efficiency and keep the human experience at the centre.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We're hiring across multiple roles and levels in our Student Technology practice. You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Deep knowledge of Student Technology applications and modules, including Campus Solutions
- Experience guiding system configuration, customisation, integration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with business leaders, technical leads and end users
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, security protocols and data privacy standards
- Experience establishing governance processes, standards and policies across technology development, deployment and maintenance
- Proven project and delivery management skills, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- For senior roles: 8+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing Student Technology implementations, upgrades or enhancements
- For senior roles: Strong leadership and team management experience, including leading onshore and offshore teams
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or certification in Student Technology considered a plus.
