Talent Sourcing Specialist

What will your typical day look like?
Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Lead, this role is focused on creating and engaging with talent pools aligned to critical skills within our job families. You will collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals across the broader Talent Acquisition, Strategic Sourcing and Employer Brand functions as well as work very closely with the business on a day-to-day basis.


Data plays an integral part in how we make decisions. Through the use of various tools such as (but not limited to): market and competitor insights, talent insights tools, hire and departure trends, industry platforms as well as proactively engaging with the market and our internal teams, we are able to translate what this data means from a talent and competitor landscape perspective. Utilising these data points will play an important part in how you build your sourcing strategy and engage with the market, talent acquisition, your stakeholders and the employer brand team.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  You are someone with:

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, in a dedicated Strategic Sourcing role within either agency and/or internal/RPO environments ideally with a technology background
  • Detailed understanding of market & talent mapping, data utilisation, contemporary research, sourcing methodologies, and industry best practice related to Sourcing
  • Strong appreciation for recruitment metrics, reporting & analysis, with the ability to showcase the success of the team through senior level stakeholder engagement
  • Detailed knowledge of operating Sourcing CRM technologies, ideally Avature or similar
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs / environments


We are looking at flexible options for this role, including shorter working weeks where suited.
