About this role

This position will be a technical support engineer based in Australia providing identity support services for our clients. As part of the CIC IAM managed services team, you will be responsible for on-boarding new clients to the service, evaluating their systems, handling technical queries, troubleshooting incidents and problems, managing solution configuration, researching, consulting, implementing workflows as needed and communicating with our clients.

The candidate should have prior experience in CyberArk and any other PAM technologies or SailPoint IDN is good to have. You will be assessing client’s existing CyberArk landscape, identifying any technological limitations/issues and deficiencies, and providing solutions to those gaps.

 

Scripting, development, and automation experience would also be highly desirable. Writing, Updating, and maintaining scripts (programs) will be part of the job.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can deliver effective solutions in a timely manner. Ideally the candidate will have previous hands-on experience working in IAM support or on other operational support engagements. Problem management will involve testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting faults/ problems in the PAM application.

 

The candidate should be motivated to proactively take on business problems and deliver technical solutions on-time and on-budget.

  • 3-5 years of total IT experience and CyberArk certified
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical IT field or equivalent work or educational experience
  • Knowledge/Certification and experience on CyberArk and at least one of the above products
  • Experience in understanding the basic IAM architecture.
  • Experience with scripting such as PowerShell, python, Linux Shell, MySQL &/or Java, Ansible
  • Experience implementing and operating monitoring and alerting solutions for IAM solutions.
  • Experience conducting disaster recovery exercises for variety of IAM solutions.
  • Experience applying software patches ( CyberArk) and creating standard operating procedures.
  • Experience working with git repositories
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Active Directory: account modification, AD structure, LDAP queries and extension attributes (intermediate to advanced)
  • Ability to design and build logical workflows based on existing processes
  • Understating of SSO concepts such as integrated windows authentication, SAML, OIDC, LDAP etc is good to have.
  • Good documentation skills
  • Working experience with Windows and Unix Server operating systems
  • Detail oriented with critical thinking skills
  • Provide inputs to sales team on proposals and strategies for PAM solutions
