What will your typical day look like?
We are seeking an experienced consultant / project lead in ServiceNow HRSD to join our HR Transformation (HRT) team. You will specialise in helping clients with areas such as HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Journeys, Employee Centre, Virtual Agent, and Integrations. In this role, you will oversee and deliver functional engagements across various industries while leading a team of consultants.

Seeking a Project Lead, to join our HRT team and also willing to work across multiple sectors. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow HRSD projects from design to deployment.
- Guide cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.
- Develop strategies for managing deliverables and timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and guide clients through decision-making processes.
- Build consensus around design requirements and deploying systems
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
- Minimum of two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation experiences.
- Proven experience in managing projects and teams.
- Strong functional skills in one or more areas of ServiceNow HRSD
- Familiarity with HCM technologies like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle.
- Ideally, specific experience with ServiceNow Lifecycle Events (e.g., Onboarding).
