Consultant | Senior Consultant | Manager

As our ServiceNow HR practice continues to grow, we’re keen to connect with talent interested in upcoming roles across a range of experience levels.

 

What will your typical day look like?    

Depending on your level and experience, you may:

  • Contribute to or lead ServiceNow HRSD engagements across industries, supporting organisations at different stages of their HR transformation journey
  • Work closely with clients across key HRSD capabilities such as HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Journeys, Employee Centre, Virtual Agent, and Integrations, helping translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Facilitate design and discovery workshops, guiding stakeholders through decisions and helping them visualise future-state HR processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • At more senior levels, take on project or workstream leadership, manage deliverables and timelines, and coach and mentor junior team members to support their growth

You’ll be joining Deloitte’s ServiceNow Human Capital team, a market-leading practice recognised for delivering some of the most complex and large-scale HR transformations for global clients. Our Australian ServiceNow HR practice is continuing to grow rapidly to meet increasing demand across the Asia-Pacific region, creating opportunities to work on high-impact programs, collaborate with global teams, and shape the future of HR technology.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

We’re keen to hear from professionals at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager level who are passionate about HR technology and enjoy working in client-facing environments. You may bring some or all of the following:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow HRSD, either as a consultant or project team member
  • Exposure to end-to-end or partial ServiceNow HRSD implementations
  • Strong functional capability in one or more HRSD modules
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with a range of client stakeholders
  • The ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build consensus around design requirements and support successful system deployments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • For Manager-level candidates: experience leading workstreams, projects, or teams, and supporting the development of others

 

Desirable:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
  • Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Lifecycle Events (e.g. Onboarding)
  • Interest in or exposure to Moveworks and next-generation employee experience solutions
