What will your typical day look like?
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our HRMIS managed services, building strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.
- Understand client needs and expectations, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with service delivery objectives.
Service Delivery Oversight:
- Lead the delivery of HRMIS managed services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to optimize service delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with service delivery, including data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement robust controls and monitoring mechanisms to safeguard client data and maintain confidentiality.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular performance reports and metrics dashboards to track service delivery KPIs and performance against targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement and optimization.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop talent within the team, identifying training needs and opportunities for skills enhancement.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Deloitte and oversee the delivery of managed services for Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) to our clients. The Service Delivery Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing support of HRMIS solutions, driving client satisfaction and maximizing value.
You’ll ideally have/demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, with a focus on HRMIS or HR technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with hands-on experience working with HRMIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or Oracle HCM Cloud. (Preference for SAP SuccessFactors & UKG Dimensions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven track record of successful project management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
