We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Software (WFS) Senior Specialist Lead to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions team, specifically focusing on the Workforce Software product. As a Senior Specialist Lead you will play a crucial role in driving successful implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and guidance to team members to help educate and development their solution capabilities

About the role
The role will involve possessing deep Workforce Software product knowledge and insights to deliver WFS projects within project implementation teams. You will be responsible for directing and leading the architecting and designing WFS solutions, ensuring appropriate integration, alignment, and embedding within the customers overall landscape. Additionally, you will provide support, expert advice, and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities.
Specifically, you will provide leadership and direction on projects, facilitate workshops directly with clients including senior stakeholders, evaluating and problem-solving complex requirements, advising on or configuring software, and providing ongoing functional advice and team development support. Furthermore, you will coach and mentor others within the WFS team and support their growth and development. You will also receive ongoing product training to maintain applicable certifications and keep up to date with the latest product releases.
You will consider factors such as best use of functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver the best value and customer aligned solution. In this role, you will contribute to and collaborate with our highly talented WFM consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on WFS software aligned with project schedules.

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in WFS software, you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (min. 5 years) as a senior specialist implementing, supporting or client working with WFS solutions
- Experience in interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements in a business analyst or functional consultant role
- Specialist knowledge in WFS functional areas such as time and attendance or advanced scheduling,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
