The Deloitte Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) team provides a dynamic team environment where you will work on challenging and interesting projects, across a range of client organisations. What will your typical day look like?
- Work with a high performing team of similarly minded colleagues with a strong commitment to excellence and helping our clients achieve supply chain resilience, productivity and profitability and a step in ESG improvements through their supply chain and procurement operating models and practices
- Engage directly with high profile clients on their most important and challenging business issues
- Support our clients on their Digital Procurement and Supply Chain journeys, providing guidance on appropriate solutions, supporting the implementation of these cutting edge digital and cloud solutions, and ensuring that they get the most out of their digital investments
- Undertake extensive training and development in Supply Chain and Procurement, Operations with the opportunity to experience borderless careers through international assignments and secondments
- Draw on Deloitte’s unique capabilities in design thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and experience from our global consulting network
- Play an active role in contributing towards building the Supply Chain & Procurement team and our culture by participating in and driving initiatives that promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, wellness, learning & development and taking care of each other

In the Supply Chain & Procurement team we focus on helping Australia’s leading clients meet these challenges by bring leading practices, critical thinking, best practice methodologies and global expertise.
Projects span the entire breadth of the Supply Chain & Procurement from strategy and operating model through to process optimisation and technology advisory and deployment and ongoing operate services. You will have chance to work with leading experts both nationally and internally to accelerate your knowledge and bring the best of Deloitte’s global expertise to our client base

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
Seeking a manager to join our SC&P team. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- 5+ years of operations consulting experience in a Tier 1 Consulting firm, boutique operations firm or in industry having worked within Procurement, Commercial or Supply Chain roles;
- Comfortable across the end to end procurement lifecycle – category strategy, sourcing and negotiations and into post contract mgmt
- Proven experience working with on project teams, coaching junior team members and engaging with management at top ASX organisations or equivalent
- Experience with digital supply chain and procurement technologies
- Strong / Advanced quantitative, analytical, and data modelling skills
- Experienced in driving business development activities
