The opportunity is to join the team within the Deloitte Firm who are known as the integrators of technology capability, with a sweet spot in translating concepts between the business and technology.

What You’ll Do


  • Provide deep insights and guidance on key solutions, technologies and trends which impact the Health Industry
  • Work hand in hand with clients’ project and program teams on their enterprise technology and business transformation journeys
  • Contribute to unified strategies across a range of transformation phases such as enterprise vision, roadmaps, program leadership, governance, business process change, SDLC, Agile, implementation, deployment and transfer to operations
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the customer through the technical and organisational challenges of technology led business transformation
  • Be responsible and accountable for client project success, adherence to timeline and budget
  • Drive quality and productivity of local and regional delivery teams
  • Address risk and issues through concrete action plans by working with Deloitte and client engagement teams
  • Support practice development activities incl. development of points of view, coaching and guiding others to enhance our team’s experiences at Deloitte

What You Have


The ideal candidate will have some combination of the following experience and skills:

  • Health Industry knowledge or Clinical Experience, change leader and technologist track record
  • Expertise in Technology Operating Model, Program Integration (project management/program management, PMO leadership, business analysis for tech-enabled transformation programs), Agile advisory or delivery, Transformation Roadmap development, Technology Business Management, Post Merger Integration delivery
  • An understanding of business transformation and the alignment of process, people and technology across the lifecycle of execution
  • Knowledge of clinical processes and operations across the spectrum from primary care to tertiary care
  • Working knowledge of technology strategy and architecture within the health sector
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes, IT operations and support (ITIL) service delivery with hands-on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements
  • Strong hands-on experience in managing consulting project activities such as SoW negotiation, project initiation, client management, project delivery and execution
  • An ability to suggest competitive and innovative solutions, inspire and obtain client buy-in and deliver on commitments
  • An ability to support the team during hard times, handling escalations, expert in conflict resolution
  • An expert problem solving capability – the ability to translate vague ideas and visions into tangible deliverables; to bring structure to ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language; and business language to technical specialists
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
