You will be responsible for leading HR Consulting projects or being part of a larger team driving HR transformation, as well as contributing to business and practice development. What does this involve? Keep reading…  


What will your typical day look like?   

As a senior HR Transformation team member, you will be advising clients across a variety of areas such as; the future of work, workforce planning and analytics, HR advisory and operating models, technology selection, implementation and adoption.  In this role you will:


  • Lead conversations around critical client workforce issues and help navigate to meaningful outcomes through structured problem solving, design thinking and team collaboration 
  • Assist in planning and shaping the elements of projects and programmes 
  • Partner with clients to drive the design of innovative, high quality workforce and organisational change strategies and solutions using human centred design  
  • Advise on the latest HR technology solutions and their implementation 
  • Support the delivery of programs of work in cross-functional and diverse teams 
  • Assist in the development of compelling client proposals and the application of Deloitte’s thought leadership to solve complex client problems 
  • Coach other members of the Deloitte team with a focus on crafting a successful and client centric team environment that facilitates personal growth opportunities for all

Sitting within Human Capital Consulting, our forward-thinking team specialises in all things tech. We revamp the way our client companies work and craft beautifully designed, fully integrated systems with solutions like SAP, Oracle, and Workday. In our solution-focused team, we get a little nervous with the average as learning and collaboration sees no end. 


Enough about us, let’s talk about you   

To succeed, you will ideally have: 


  • 6+ years working within any of the following disciplines: Workforce strategy and analytics, HR advisory, HR service delivery, HR technology and technology adoption 
  • Strengths in structured problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills 
  • Design thinking or research skills with the ability to learn rapidly and to exercise mature judgment 
  • Skilled at synthesising and drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and strong commitment towards project and personal goals 
  • Ability to communicate ideas, strategies and concepts in clear, compelling and credible ways to stakeholders at all levels 
  • Strong verbal and business writing skills, including experience with design and presentation tools
