What will your typical day look like?

We work with organisations to help them reduce the financial reporting burden. This can include identifying process improvements and technology solutions that can reduce the time taken to produce financial reports.

We focus on improving the quality of financial information and aligning accounting outcomes with the commercial outcomes achieved by organisations. By ensuring accounting matters are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner, we enhance the efficiency of the financial reporting process and reduce the burden associated with statutory reporting and compliance obligations. We are specialists in finance function transformation, year-end reporting readiness, accounting change, financial management, transaction accounting advice, and specialised finance outsourcing.

You will use your leadership skills to oversee the completion of projects, establish and manage team objectives, conduct pitches to prospective clients, build lasting relationships with clients, manage project economics, support with new and/or innovative initiatives, and provide training on accounting and finance issues. This is a rewarding opportunity and set you on the path to advancement to director level.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
 

• At least 7 years’ experience in finance, accounting, external audit, or a related field
• Excellent skills in delivering finance or accounting advisory projects with complex risk levels, including in the fields of financial reporting, finance operations, management accounting, budgeting or transactions
• Build deep relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and multitasking skills
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/finance or a related field
• Possess a CA/CPA qualification (or similar)
