What will your typical day look like?

You will be:

• Leveraging deep knowledge and experience on Adobe Experience Cloud across business challenges and solutions to offer insightful recommendations and create relevant solutions for clients

• Leading the design and delivery of Digital Experience platform implementations in alignment with client's business strategy

• Leading and motivates teams to develop deliverables and drive high performance; manages across several projects and clients where relevant

• Confidently articulates the ways in which Adobe platform can integrate with wider client systems and platform

• Leading conversations with executive clients and sponsors in role as an Adobe SME to build on relationships and provide credible recommendations and steer clients in decision-making

• Identifying risks, scope change and other challenges in a proactive way

• Staying ahead of the curve on technological disruptors and enablers and encouraging teams to do the same

• Leading internal eminence activities within our Adobe practice, leveraging internal network with other specialists

• Identifying the appropriate professionals for the project with the help of the Resource Managers and defining their roles and expectations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: 

• At least 10-15 years in Software Engineering / Architecture roles with previous experience working across complex digital transformations at the Enterprise level.

• In-depth knowledge of architecting solutions at an enterprise scale. Demonstrable experience leading solution architecture across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, CJA, AJO) solutions

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear architectural direction.

• Deeper understanding of wider AEM Cloud Services offering including Edge Delivery Services.

• Experience implementing Enterprise DAM solutions using AEM Assets and a good understanding of Content Supply Chain use cases and their applications.

• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, applications, and trends

• Experience in developing digital assets such as websites, mobile apps and solution integration (CMS, Digital Marketing tools, Remote systems through APIs) with a focus on performance, scalability, re-use, API, source control, continuous building/integration

• Sound understanding of AEM upgrade process and experience supporting clients with the planning and execution of upgrades.

• Applying Adobe AEM foundational concepts with a solid understanding of AEM 6.5 & Cloud Services architecture.

• Experience leading high-performing delivery teams

• Experience managing offshore development teams

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong communication skills with the willingness to collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams
