Reporting directly to our Workforce Strategy and Transformation Leader, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join the team to help shape our future workforce. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to our transformation agenda, and set Deloitte apart in the market.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll work alongside transformation leaders to make workforce a core part of service transformation, shaping how changes to work, delivery and commercial models are realised through people. You’ll help define future workforce needs, and turn transformation choices into practical actions across skills, roles, capacity and workforce mix. From facilitating leadership conversations to identifying capability gaps and recommending interventions like reskilling, redeployment or targeted hiring, you’ll help ensure workforce strategy directly enables business outcomes.
About the team
The Talent Transformation Office within National Talent shapes workforce strategies and initiatives to enable business transformation. To support the firm’s evolving needs, we analyse both internal and external trends to prepare our employees for future change. We work with broad spectrum of stakeholders on a daily basis – at National and BU levels, across Business & Enabling Areas, and Member Firms across the globe.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:
- 8 + years’ experience in workforce transformation or talent transformation, with both strategic and operational exposure
- Ability to translate business or transformation decisions into practical workforce actions across roles, role design, skills, capacity and workforce mix
- Experience in role redesign, organisation design or workforce restructuring, including defining future roles, capabilities and team structures
- Experience using workforce data, insights and skills intelligence to identify gaps, risks and opportunities and inform decision-making
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect workforce decisions to business performance, productivity and delivery outcomes
- Great communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide senior stakeholders through complex discussions and distil clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and work effectively across cross-functional teams
