We’re looking for a future-focused, innovative and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner (Senior Manager) to help shape and deliver our HR strategy, and elevate the employee experience across our Assurance Offerings. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact.

You’ll be passionate about driving business outcomes through people, with the insight to understand evolving business needs and the judgement to translate them into practical strategies that deliver results. You will provide strategic HR advice while ensuring operational excellence, service quality and strong delivery against our HR strategy. You’ll also lead and develop a team, working closely with business leaders to drive transformation and workforce strategy across Audit and Assurance a core client-facing business focused on delivering trust, quality and confidence for our clients and markets.

What will your typical day look like?

Every day will bring opportunities to influence, advise and lead. As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll work directly with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice, operational guidance and practical support across the full talent lifecycle. Your impact will span workforce planning, performance experience, reward and recognition, employee relations, leadership and learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion. You’ll also contribute to broader firmwide HR priorities and initiatives, helping to shape a consistent, high-quality people experience.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • A strong and proven background in HR business partnering, with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Strategic thinking capability, with confidence influencing senior and executive leaders
  • Curiosity, innovative thinking and confidence using AI and technology to improve ways of working
  • Experience designing and delivering innovative HR solutions in fast-paced environments
  • Commercial acumen and a strong focus on driving practical business outcomes
  • Confidence managing complex employee relations matters with sound judgement and impact
  • A strong understanding of reward and remuneration principles, and how they inform business decisions
  • A passion for coaching and developing leaders, with experience leading HR teams to deliver meaningful impact
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to use Excel, data and technology to generate actionable insights
