What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Consultant of the Workforce Management and Payroll Services Team, you will be a member of our Specialist Workforce Management (WFM) consulting team. Your key responsibility is to provide business analysis and advisory services.

 

In any given day, you’ll be working as part of a team delivering quality advisory services to clients, collaborating with colleagues to evaluate & problem-solve complex requirements and provide ongoing analysis and advice.

 

Tasks and duties include:

 

  • Provide expert consultancy on workforce transformation strategies, aligning with client's long-term goal
  • Lead in-depth analyses to identify and address client-specific challenges, ensuring solutions enhance both efficiency and compliance.
  • Forge and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Tailor communication and consultation strategies to fit diverse client needs and cultures
  • Innovate and implement cutting-edge workforce and payroll solutions, focusing on scalability, user experience, and integration
  • Lead the development and customization of system architectures, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, offering mentorship and development opportunities to foster professional growth

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have analysis and advisory expertise, you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.


You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: 
 

  • 2 years + experience in workforce management or payroll advisory

  • Capability and knowledge of Workforce Management, Payroll and Human Capital systems and be able to assess, evaluate and advise on ‘best fit’ solutions against organisational needs

  • Experience in developing or responding to RFP type documents relating to either Workforce Management and / or payroll

  • Applied knowledge of the current Workforce Management and Payroll technology landscape

  • Experience in the design and implementation of Cloud based solutions

  • Familiar with business process design and business-led technology enabled transformations

  • Enjoy solving complex business problems and want to learn something new
