  • Support Technology & Transformation teams on complex engagements, helping shape quality, risk and commercial decisions across the full delivery lifecycle.

  • Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture

  • Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters

Join our Quality & Risk Management team as a Senior Consultant in Technology & Transformation, where you'll help teams navigate risk, strengthen delivery quality and support better client outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you'll work alongside Partners, Directors and delivery teams on large-scale technology and transformation engagements, helping identify, assess and manage quality and risk matters across the engagement lifecycle. That could mean supporting risk consultations, reviewing contracts and statements of work, or contributing to engagement quality processes and issue management.

A big part of the role is turning complex risk and quality topics into clear, practical guidance the business can act on. You'll help teams make well-considered decisions, know when to escalate issues, and balance commercial realities with professional and regulatory obligations.

Working closely with QRM colleagues and subject matter experts, you'll be part of a team that delivers timely, proportionate and commercially aware advice. The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, varied work across complex programs, and plenty of opportunity to build your judgement and capability.

About the team

As part of Deloitte's Quality, Risk and Regulatory community, you'll join a team that works closely with Technology & Transformation Partners and practitioners to build a culture centred on quality and risk intelligence. The team plays an important role in protecting and strengthening the Deloitte brand, supporting the business with risk identification, mitigation and practical commercial guidance across complex engagements.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering, supporting or advising on technology or transformation programs

  • Exposure to risk, project, commercial or contract management activities

  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement and a practical commercial mindset

  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders and explaining risk and quality considerations clearly and constructively

  • A proactive learning mindset and curiosity for understanding business context, engagement delivery and continuous improvement opportunities

  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the team and broader business

  • Experience using AI tools responsibly to improve personal productivity, with an interest in practical team efficiencies
