What will your typical day look like?
Our Development & Growth team creates differentiated, future-focused and innovative learning experiences for our people to reimagine and realise their potential today, tomorrow, and beyond.
As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will support the team with the delivery and facilitation of local learning programs, in addition to your primary focus on developing and optimising our external learning and vendor proposition. This includes playing a key role in engaging and guiding learner cohorts through certification journeys, building strong connections and ensuring a seamless, supported experience end-to-end. You will proactively leverage AI and automation to enhance your own productivity, streamline external learning & vendor processes, and embed AI into products, reporting and workflows.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of external certification learning programs, ensuring a well-managed and engaging cohort experience from enrolment through to completion
- Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with learning vendors including overseeing the contracting and procurement processes for learning
- Proactively leveraging AI and automation to enhance personal productivity and embedding AI into products and workflows
- Working closely with our Offshore Talent team to ensure efficient process execution
- Delivering regular business reports to a variety of stakeholders, providing insights into learning projects, progress and outcomes
- Facilitating and supporting Deloitte learning experiences
- Contributing to the Learning Optimisation projects pipeline, to deliver against our Learning Transformation program and optimize learner and learning team experience

You are someone with:
- HR and Learning experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments
- Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of seniority and complexity
- Previous vendor management experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage, guide and support learners and stakeholders
- A proactive and curious mindset, including the use of AI to enhance personal productivity, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail, with a diligent and structured approach to managing programs and learner journeys
- Flexibility and willingness to roll your sleeves up to get the job done
- Strong facilitation experience (both virtual and in-person)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Previous experience working with technology and digital learning interventions is desirable but not essential.
