We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our Quality & Risk Transformation team. This is a diverse, business-focused role where you’ll help drive the ongoing value of critical technology assets that support risk and quality management across the firm. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, playing a key role in improving systems, processes, and stakeholder experience.
What will your typical day look like?
- In this role, you’ll be working as a key member of the Quality & Risk Transformation Operate Assets team, supporting the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of high-impact technology assets. You’ll act as the primary business contact, collaborating with leadership, developers, and end users to ensure solutions are delivering value and meeting evolving business needs.
- Day to day, you’ll monitor asset performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and support the end-to-end delivery of solutions—from gathering requirements through to testing and acceptance. You’ll balance operational support with forward-looking improvements, ensuring assets remain effective, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.

Welcome to the Quality & Risk team – a group of experienced professionals who provide trusted advice across Deloitte’s business. The team plays a critical role in helping the firm navigate ethical and professional risks, ensuring high standards are maintained across all engagements.
Within this, the Risk Transformation team focuses on driving innovation and continuous improvement. The team is passionate about challenging the status quo, enhancing systems and processes, and improving the experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst or in a similar role supporting technology assets
- Strong ability to translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable outcomes
- Solid understanding of business systems and technology, both strategically and operationally
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in product or technical asset management (highly desirable)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms (highly desirable)
- Experience within a professional services or risk-focused environment (desirable)
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
