In response to the growing demand both globally and in Australia for Trustworthy AI, we are looking to hire Senior Analysts to join our national Trustworthy AI team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver market-leading advice and practical solutions that support our clients in achieving safe and responsible AI. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a material impact on our clients, our people and society.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Analyst in the Trustworthy AI team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on developing safe and responsible AI strategies, frameworks, policies, standards and practices. You will design, implement and evaluate AI risk management and AI governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements, and that meet industry, government and community expectations. Integrating risk management practices into every stage of the AI lifecycle will be essential to ensure the responsible development and deployment of AI solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the advancement of Trustworthy AI through thought leadership activities, assist in expanding our Trustworthy AI business, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, innovations and AI regulations.

Working with potential and existing clients across various industries and the public sector, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional Trustworthy AI governance solutions that exceed client expectations. To succeed in this role, you should have all or some of the following skills / experience:
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices in AI governance, including a strong understanding of AI-related regulations, standards, and industry best practices (essential).
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, in one or more of the following AI-adjacent organisational functions: cyber and information security, privacy, data management or cloud (desirable).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles (essential).
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery and effective workload management (essential).
• A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team in accomplishing tasks (essential).
• Technical acumen in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, data science, and analytics, along with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate AI risks throughout the AI lifecycle (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles (essential).
• Strong skills in time management, project management, collaboration and a commitment to continuous learning(essential).
