Some of the work we do includes:

  • Advising clients on their operating model, embedding leading practice around governance, risk and compliance
  • Design regulatory strategy assessments to analyse requirements and challenges across the current future regulatory horizon
  • Define and implement strategies and governance frameworks to identify, manage and mitigate future regulatory changes
  • Support clients navigate regulatory and risk challenges

 

About the team

 

The Risk and Regulatory team advises some of Australia’s largest and most influential organisations on their governance, risk, compliance and control frameworks as well as the risk and regulatory impacts of major change.
 
Our goal is to deliver differentiated, transformational advice by harnessing the power of digital solutions and data. You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:

  • Good commercial intelligence, an understanding of how large organisations operate 
  • Sound understanding of the Australian regulatory environment and how organisations respond to regulatory change
  • Experience in governance, risk and compliance particularly within financial services
  • The ability to “think on your feet” and react in real time to client questions and requests
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make the complex simple
  • Proven stakeholder and change management skills
