Our Governance, Regulation & Conduct (GRC) team sits in Audit & Assurance and operates in a number of key areas such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, conduct, regulatory change, and large-scale remediation.

We use our specialist skills to help our clients become trusted organisations through their delivery of fair and suitable outcomes.

As the GRC Assurance business expands we are keen to speak with Experienced and Senior Analyst level candidates starting out their careers in the wealth, banking or superannuation sectors, who are keen to utilise their governance, legal or risk and compliance experience in a diverse and challenging role.

Our work with clients is from a number of perspectives: we help them to look backwards, and we assist clients to identify past problems, and remediate them. We also help clients to strengthen their business models looking forward to minimise the risk of conduct issues by helping review and redesign existing processes and frameworks to deliver better customer outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?

  • As a Senior Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting Managers, Directors and Partners to help our clients solve some of their most complex regulatory challenges such as responding to and implementing regulatory change, the development of conduct and compliance frameworks, and providing advice on remediation activities
  • You will play a key role in developing junior team members including graduates
  • In providing services to our clients you will work collaboratively within teams to form hypotheses and deliver tailored solutions

The minimum salary for this position is $81,000 including 10% superannuation
